CPR and AED seminar

You will learn how to use an AED, perform chest compressions correctly and give rescue breaths, and gain the confidence to act in real-life situations.

The seminar covers:
- An introduction to the iHELP project.
- How to keep yourself and the casualty safe.
- Greater safety on the road and in everyday situations.
- When and why to start CPR.
- The basic steps of basic life support:
- checking for responsiveness,
- breathing or not breathing,
- raising an SOS alert via the app,
- calling for help (112),
- checking for breathing,
- chest compressions and rescue breaths. - CPR for infants, children and adults.
- What is a defibrillator (AED) and how does it work?
- The recovery position for an unconscious person.

- Seminar for up to 25 people: €300.00 + VAT
